The successful candidate will assist in all aspects of commissioning, contract management, including brokering of individual transport provision. In order to maximise quality of service provision and value for money.

Transport Officers will be managed in small teams focusing on either SEN, travel training and the fleet, or mainstream settings and social care, children or adults, although there is an expectation that postholders will be knowledgeable and flexible to work across both cohorts with appropriate support and training
