The rate is £22.78ph PAYE

The successful candidate will identify abandoned accommodation and process suitability assessments. They will identify partial/ under occupation homes and will ensure suitability and changes in circumstances are recorded whilst ensuring accommodation meets property standards. They will also work with the repairs team and providers to improve the conditions of Temporary Accommodation.
