Swap Out Controller needed in Pontyclun Paying £12.84 per hr Ref 1509220

Full time on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute the swap out of home care devices from analogue to digital.
• Provide excellent customer service and support during the transition process.
• Ensure all devices are installed and configured correctly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the swap out process.
• Maintain accurate records of device changes and customer interactions.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain the benefits of digital devices.
• Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures.
