The hourly rate is £20.31ph Umbrella.

The successful candidate will assess, measure, design, draw, and project manage all adaptation work.
Working as part of a small surveying team, the post holder will also give advice to non-technical staff in the team. The post holder will complete work in progress inspections and completion sign offs for all works which must comply with the requirements for disabled people including the building control regulations.
The service works in the owner occupier/private sector and in housing associations and covers a large geographical area of 700sq miles.
