Surveyor

Surveyor needed in Rotherham, up to £400 per day – Reference: 0009 B034 / 1

• We are looking for a surveyor to assist us with predominantly valuation work
• This will commence with valuation for Right to Buy housing purposes and potentially asset valuations for financial purposes
• Once the backlog valuations are completed there will be a more generic estates surveyor role / workload
• Ideally have some local government experience but not essential. 
• Registered Valuer status is not required as there will be a registered valuer signing off the work.

Please note the office/ site attendance is expected at least 3 days a week so please ensure candidates put forward can commit to this 

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
