The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer with experience in all aspects of community care law/adult social care law and to a lesser extent education law (SEN/School queries).
Will take up some ongoing caseload and fresh queries in these fields without any specific training. Must be able to deal with adult protection/court of protection/mental capacity/mental health, ordinary residence and CHC disputes and Judicial Review claims as well as commencing and running court of protection cases with Counsel as appropriate.
