Single Housing Support Worker needed in Wallfields, Hertford

The rate is £11.44ph PAYE

The successful candidate will provide one-on-one support to individuals experiencing homelessness or threatened with homelessness and reviewing their personalised housing plan. They will be helping applicants that are owed a prevention or relief duty to take the reasonable steps in their PHP to find suitable accommodation and the steps that they should take and prevent and relieve their homelessness.
