Sheltered Scheme Coordinator needed in Dinas Powys

The rate is £12.00ph PAYE

This is a temporary role

The successful candidate will be working with tenants who require support to achieve outcomes that relate to becoming better off financially, healthier or more independent in the home and community.

They will be overseeing health and safety at sheltered housing schemes, monitoring the quality of gardening and cleaning services and reporting communal repairs.
