The successful candidate The role is all about delivering an enhanced housing management service. Working closely with key partners and stakeholders to ensure that the health and safety of sheltered housing tenants is closely monitored and all potential risks are minimised or removed. It is about providing a service that ensures that the buildings are clean, safe and maintained to a high standard so that our older, vulnerable residents are happy living in a safe, secure environment.
