Service Improvement Lead needed in North West London Paying  £25.48 per hr 0009 62E6 /1

Full time hours on a temporary basis  

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with senior leadership to define service visions and streamline processes

• Assessing and documenting “as-is” workflows to identify gaps and opportunities

• Using data and insights to inform and influence change

• Communicating impacts of service and process changes

• Providing fact-based improvement recommendations

• Developing visualisations to present complex information clearly

• Leading continuous improvement activities

• Managing project scopes, plans, and resources

• Proactively managing risks, issues, and project budgets

• Engaging with stakeholders at all levels

• Supervising and mentoring teams without direct line management authority

• Ensuring compliance with change governance frameworks
