• About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and innovative Service Design and Improvement Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing service improvement initiatives that enhance the quality and efficiency of our services. You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and drive positive change across the organisation.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with service users, staff, and stakeholders to understand needs and gather feedback for service design and improvement.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of current services and processes to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Develop and implement service improvement plans, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and values.
  • Use data and insights to inform service design decisions and measure the impact of improvements.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to engage staff and stakeholders in the service design process.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of service improvements, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and best practices in service design and improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports on service improvement initiatives to senior management and other key stakeholders.
