Senior Solicitor/Lawyer needed in Bournemouth

The rate is £42.95ph PAYE

The successful candidate will be an expert company lawyer who will advise all on matters related to companies owned by local authorities to consider Teckal and control aspects, member’s agreements, funding and governance arrangements. Familiar with procurement law and state aid. Liaise with statutory officers and other relevant officers.
