Senior Project Manager needed in North London Paying  £464.88 per day ref 1449510Full time hours on a temporary basis 

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage a portfolio of major capital investment works to housing stock. The successful candidate will ensure successful delivery, compliance with contract conditions, adherence to budgets and timetables, and provision of high-quality standards and value for money.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of project managers and consultants responsible for delivering projects within the housing capital investment programme (up to £20m p.a.).
• Provide effective leadership, support, and motivation to the team, ensuring recruitment, training, management, appraisal, and development in accordance with internal and statutory procedures.
• Monitor project performance through KPIs, project spend, and other management information, preparing regular, ad-hoc, and end-of-year reports.
• Maintain high standards of project administration, ensuring comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date project documentation, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
• Develop and deliver resident engagement and communication plans, achieving high levels of resident satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues, members, and internal and external stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, statutory, contractual, and governance requirements, with robust monitoring and change control mechanisms in place.
• Manage and resolve enquiries, complaints, ombudsman enquiries, FOI requests, data protection issues, and leaseholder and tenant requests.
