Hybrid working 2 days a week in the office including site visits
Full time hours on a temporary basis.
Job Purpose
Planning Officer needed with significant experience dealing with small scale majors, complex minor applications and complex householders. Expect them to be able to demonstrate similar work done including understanding of Green Belt policy and to be able to work confidently independently. They need to demonstrate a track record of high performance.
