Senior Planner (Hybrid)

Senior Planner (Hybrid) needed in St Albans, £35.70ph PAYE – Reference: 5262111

Hybrid working, 1 day a week in the office including site visits

Planning Officer needed ideally with significant experience dealing with small scale majors, complex minor applications and complex householders.  Expect them to be able to demonstrate similar work done including understanding of Green Belt policy and to be able to work confidently independently. 

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
