We are currently seeking an experienced lawyer for recovery of adult social care debts. The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a local authority with a strong working knowledge of social care and debt recovery matters. The role will involve a full caseload of recovery of residential and domiciliary care fees from those receiving care, some of whom may lack capacity, and from the estates of deceased customers.
Candidates will be expected to attend the Stafford office in person to be inducted for 1 day at the start of an assignment and to collect equipment and to attend at the end of the assignment in person to return all equipment, save for this requirement, the role can be fully remote

Day rate for this role – £370 – £400 dependent on knowledge and experience – please note that this rate is including AWR
This is a part time role on a temporary contract basis
