Senior Estates Surveyor

Senior Estates Surveyor needed in Bromley, £307.43 per day PAYE – Reference: RQ1458696

Surveyor to focus on the management of a dedicated investment portfolio comprising a mix of asset classes which is held purely for income generation purposes.

The successful applicant will ideally need to have an understanding of all aspects of commercial property management and an ability to add value and new ideas so that the portfolio can continue to provide a healthy return which will be used to support key frontline services.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
