Semi-skilled Repairs Operative (Carpenter) needed in Sutton, £17.39ph PAYE – Reference: OR5604

Carpenter – carrying out responsive repairs in tenanted and communal properties.

The ideal candidate will by way of example be able to undertake all aspects of the trade, gaining entry for tenants locked out, overhauling doors and windows, repairs to kitchen units, floors, staircases, skirting, architrave.

We will provide power tools but the candidate will provide their own hand tools. We will provide a vehicle, uniform PDA and lone working device.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
