Scheduler/Planner Contract

Scheduler/Planner needed in South East London.

The hourly rate is £17.52ph PAYE

This is a temporary role

The post holder will be responsible for organising the full scheduling of works orders. They will be:

• Liaising with the repairs teams
• Ensure communal area jobs are allocated to the correct trades’ operatives
• When communicating directly with the residents, the post holder must have the ability to quickly resolve scheduling and logistics conflicts in a polite and professional manner.
• Experience of scheduling repairs and understanding how repairs should be delivered and timescales
• Experience of working with customers to resolve repairs issues and deliver excellent customer service
