Revenues Operation Team Leader needed in Lewisham, £24.35ph PAYE – Reference: RQ1508203

To support the Revenues Operation Manger to deliver an excellent, customer focused and inclusive front line Council Tax service.

To collaborate with the Revenues Operation Manager to deliver a prompt and efficient Council Tax service. This will include the responsibility for quality assurance, resource planning, discounts, exemptions to verify they are authentic. Where inappropriate awards or those obtained by deception are identified, take swift action to recover the debt.

To assist the Revenues Operation Manager to ensure all operational aspects of Council Tax are administered proficiently to protect the income of the client.

This is a full time role on a Temporary basis.
