Full time hours on a temporary basis  

We are seeking a dedicated Resident Access Adviser to deliver excellent service to residents through various channels, including telephone, face-to-face, chat, social media, and emails. The role aims to provide efficient and accurate service, resolving enquiries at the first point of contact and ensuring seamless interface with back-office departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with residents via telephone, web, email, SMS, and written correspondence.

• Provide high-quality information and advice on a diverse range of services.

• Rotate between providing frontline services and duties across different locations.

• Maintain excellent IT, customer service, and communication skills.

• Ensure a positive impact on customer satisfaction and service reputation.

• Achieve performance targets and high rates of satisfaction.

• Promote a positive and helpful image of the service.
