Repairs Supervisor

Repairs Supervisor needed in Sutton, £23.92ph PAYE – Reference: OR5602

As a Supervisor you will join our in-house DLO that provides a responsive repairs and voids service for properties throughout the stock.  

You will manage a team of trades.  You will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring health and safety of the trades and their work, carry out WIP and adhoc inspections, van checks, stock checks, carrying out 121 meetings and reviews.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
