- Carry out repair inspections of residential properties.
- Project manage repairs work using DLO and contractor.
- Competent in the use of computers, PDA and related systems will be required.
- Working on complaint and disrepair cases.
- Complete work to a high standard in a timely manner.
- Own transport required, Mileage will be paid at standard rates
- Initial six month contract
- Interviews will take place at the council offices
- Pay rate £20 per hour Full time hours on a temporary basis.
