We are seeking a passionate and experienced complex works surveyor.                    The ideal candidate will have successfully achieved results within complex works management in the past, with the demonstrable skill set and knowledge base required to step into the role and integrate smoothly into the team, under the guidance and supervision of the complex works manager.

They will have strong communication skills, a solutions focussed mindset and a strong work ethic. As part of the ongoing project to build a service fit for the future, they will take direction from senior managers with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude. It is essential that candidates have proficient use of Microsoft Office and repairs systems and databases to fulfil this role.
