Registered Building Inspector needed in Guildford Paying  £45 per hr ref 5262375

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Building Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that building projects comply with all relevant regulations and standards.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct plan appraisals and statutory consultations.
  • Perform site inspections to ensure compliance with Building Regulations.
  • Identify and report on building defects and recommend necessary repairs.
  • Provide expert advice on building control matters to clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of environmental issues and relevant standards/legislation.

  Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Building Inspector or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Building Regulations and construction standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications.
  • Enhanced DBS check.
