Registered Building Inspector

Registered Building Inspector needed in Various North Yorkshire locations Paying  £28 per hr ref 1500979

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• • Conduct plan appraisals, statutory consultations, and site inspections.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with Building Regulations.
  • Perform forensic investigations of buildings, defect identification, and repair.

  Ideal Requirements:

  • Experience in plan appraisal of residential developments and associated non-residential uses.
  • Knowledge of environmental issues and relevant standards/legislation.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
