The successful candidate will be the first point of contact to the public presenting to the service for assistance, and will be required to take client details and signpost to relevant team.

They need to be professional in their approach with contact with the public, and ensure they adhere to confidentiality due to the nature of information that may be provided. Will also be required to take calls that come into the service area and be able to provide as much detail in email to the Housing Solutions Team of the background to the contact.
