PT Prosecutions Lawyer needed in Rochdale Paying  £55 per hr Ref 0009 B5DE /1

Responsibilities:

• • Handle a diverse caseload of prosecution matters, including preparing and presenting cases in court.
  • Provide expert legal advice on prosecution-related issues to internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
  • Draft legal documents, including charges, briefs, and other court-related paperwork.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, and other relevant parties.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records.
  • Represent the organisation in court proceedings and other legal forums.
