Property Manager/Valuer needed in Bristol Paying £21.98 per hr Ref 5262130

Full time hrs on a temporary basis

Office based, full time. No options yet to offer flexible working. The successful candidate will have experience of valuation, general estate management, a good working knowledge of the law as it relates to Property and will be expected to….

· Provide professional support to the Property Partners in the delivery of property related solutions to requirements identified in Service Asset Management Plans.

· Advise Service Leads on a wide variety of property related issues.

· Negotiate and agree heads of terms pursuant to the use of land and property with third parties to provide clear instructions to legal team and to manage the transaction process through to completion.

· Ensure that the Client’s Estates Information Team is regularly updated.
