To act as the strategic link between council services occupying property and the property department by taking a lead role in advising on all aspects of property asset management in order to maximise property performance through rationalisation and cost reduction while facilitating / maintaining service delivery in the most cost effective manner.
Working with the Asset Strategy Manager and strategic leads in services to develop service asset management plans ensuring that requirements and solutions for property assets and services are considered in a corporate context by translating strategic objectives into property solutions.
