Project Surveyor needed in Stoke on Trent
The rate is £375 per day

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and manage maintenance and construction works to the Corporate Property Portfolio, including planned maintenance, responsive maintenance, refurbishments, adaptations, extensions and alterations.
They will contribute towards the development and the implementation of the Corporate Asset Management Plan and will provide advice, guidance and input, to the design of refurbishment or new build projects to ensure the most effective maintenance regimes are built into corporate Estate Properties.
They will also manage multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the required standards.
