The successful candidate will lead the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme and aims to ensure high-quality delivery of integrated care and services to improve outcomes and life chances for children, young people, and families. A vital part of our service provision is the ability to provide advice and support to service users and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
The successful candidate will lead the redesign and implementation of an integrated model to improve service access, responsiveness, and efficiency and will collaborate with various stakeholders, including service users, IT, and customer service, to ensure successful project delivery.
