Programme Data Collection Officer needed in Liverpool.
The rate is £18.50ph PAYE

The successful candidate will contact customers and residents who have benefitted from funding. They will complete individual telephone-based questionnaires for each impacted person/business and collect required data set. They will ask open questions to establish opportunities for improvements and document this qualitative feedback and use of Excel to create, update and maintain data set in one document for all persons/businesses identified.
They will also support the collation and presentation of data and will provide administrative support.
