Prevention Officer – Housing needed in Sittingbourne

The rate is £15.70ph PAYE

The successful candidate will provide advice and assistance to prevent homelessness where possible and enable households to either remain in current accommodation or access alternative accommodation if available.

They will provide advice and assistance to prevent homelessness where possible and enable households to either remain in current accommodation or access alternative accommodation if available. They will carry out home visits to confirm details provided regarding potential homelessness.  Negotiate and challenge family/friends excluders to avoid evictions.
