Pest Control Technician needed in SE London

The rate is £18.07ph PAYE

The successful candidate will be required to identify infestations, assess the severity, and apply the most effective treatment methods. This includes using traps, deterrents, pesticides, and proofing techniques safely and humanely in line with The British Pest Control Association (BPCA) Code of Practice.

Additionally, the technician will be responsible for proofing and prevention work, ensuring materials and techniques comply with safety regulations. The role also involves the collection and transportation of stray dogs, arranging for their kenneling or rehoming where necessary. Pigeon control measures, including proofing and cleaning affected areas, must also be carried out as needed. Safe handling, storage, and use of pesticides in line with COSHH regulations are essential responsibilities, as is the proper maintenance and security of vehicles, tools, and materials.

BPCA qualified L2 and above-

1x day per week work till 5pm. overtime available for call out rota’s dog and live rats.

Driving Licence a must
