Full time hours on a temporary basis
We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development Consultant to provide expert consultancy services across multiple departments within our organization. This role involves partnering with leaders and HR Business Partners to diagnose organizational challenges, particularly in management practices, team dynamics, culture, and climate. A key focus will be on change management and guiding people engagement through transitions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct effective engagement with stakeholders, including leaders and HR Business Partners, to understand organizational needs.
Partner with leaders to diagnose organizational challenges and opportunities.
Design and implement tailored organizational development interventions.
Provide coaching and advice to managers and leaders for effective change management and people engagement.
Facilitate group sessions and workshops to improve team dynamics and organizational culture.
Analyse data to inform organizational development strategies and evaluate outcomes.
Collaborate with other Organizational Development Consultants, Learning and Development Practitioners, and HR professionals.
Leverage Microsoft 365 applications to enhance communication and collaboration.
