Job Description: We are seeking a versatile and skilled Multiskilled Tradesperson to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out building repairs, maintenance, renewals, and replacements across a range of trade disciplines. This includes routine reactive repairs, large-scale programmed refurbishment work, and occupational therapy adaptations in occupied and void housing properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform building repairs, maintenance, renewals, and replacements across various trade disciplines.
• Handle routine reactive repairs and large-scale programmed refurbishment work.
• Carry out occupational therapy adaptations in occupied and void housing properties.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Complete works ‘Right First Time’ to minimize repeat visits.
• Adapt to different tasks and challenges in the delivery of services to tenants.
• Adhere to best trade practices and current standards and regulations.
