The successful candidate will carry out Multitrade (Carpentry biased) duties in tenanted and Voids properties both internal and external.

They will co-ordinate a range of work activities and carry out works within strict timescales and budgets, seeking approval from Supervisors as required to vary works. They will use PDA equipment competently to record works carried out in real time and will ensure the safety of oneself and others at all times by working within the Health and Safety policy and procedures associated with Handyman works.
