Litigation Lawyer needed in Ipswich Paying £23.52 per hr Ref 1446579

Full time hrs on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle civil litigation cases, including insurance disputes and debt recovery for care home fees.

• Provide legal advice and representation in planning enforcement, drainage, and highways issues.

• Manage adverse possession and human rights claims.

• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate legal solutions.

• Prepare and present cases in court, including gathering evidence and questioning witnesses.
