Legal Officer Full Time Temporary

Legal Officer needed in Hull, £17.59ph PAYE – Reference: RQ1324330

• To carry a complex caseload and give assistance to lawyers dealing with contracts, procurement and commercial agreements e.g. warranties, regeneration projects, highways and transportation.  Fund agreements with external bodies e.g. HLF.
• To provide oral and written legal advice to officers seeking professional guidance in very possibly complex cases, working under pressure to strict deadlines. Undertake legal research to ensure correct advice is given and procedures followed.
• Receive instructions, sometimes on short notice, request supporting information, documents and/or evidence from the relevant departments and consider the appropriate course of action to be taken. 

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
