Legal and Governance Manager needed in Rugby Paying  £23.55 per hr Ref 1459471

• Provide expert legal and governance advice to the Chief Officer – Legal & Governance and senior management.
• Manage and lead a team of at least four professionals in areas such as planning, housing, or governance.
• Collaborate across the organisation to ensure services are effectively integrated and aligned with strategic priorities.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures, maintaining high governance standards.
• Contribute to the development of the organisation’s strategic priorities, working alongside internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance governance, transparency, and accountability
