Hr Officer – Policy And Reward  needed in Crewe

 The rate is £19.66ph PAYE

This is a temporary role

The successful candidate will provide a professional HR service to managers, employees, schools and support senior HR staff to implement local HR delivery plans relating to HR Policy Development and Pay and Reward and translate business needs into people solutions to drive continuous improvement and ensure that the people needs are met.

They will support all aspects of the delivery of the Workforce Strategy to ensure effective recruitment, resourcing and retention throughout Schools and the research and draft policies/procedures/processes to ensure that employees are managed in accordance with the latest legislation and good practice guidelines and contribute to the communication of such changes throughout.
