HR Business Partner needed in Manchester
The rate is £28.98ph PAYE

The successful candidate will need previous BP experience, ideally from a Local Authority. They will need to be a good communicator and have the ability to support and challenge senior leaders within the directorate and should come from a strong HR background and have an overview of legislation.
Working with the wider HR team to develop HR practices and processes this role acts as a core member of the HR and OD Service identifying and driving improvements and links between the service and the directorate.
From organisational design driving change and transformation across your directorate, to leading on development of policy that meet the needs of the organisation and to managing JCC and trade union consultations and relationships, the reach and impact of this role is challenging and diverse and a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and delivery focused professional.
