The successful candidate will be required to carry out a type 1, and 2,3 fire risk assessment programme in residential housing portfolio, including high-rise residential properties. They will work closely with the Fire Safety Manager and Building Safety Managers to deliver the highest standard of different types of risk assessments in line with the Council’s Fire Safety Management System.
