Executive PA Full Time Temporary

Executive PA needed in Bury Paying  £17.12 per hr ref 0009 0CC2 /1

Full time hours on a temporary basis 

• The successful candidate will have exceptional organisational skills in order to proactively manage multiple diaries and deal with conflicting deadlines using your own initiative and re-prioritising your work as appropriate.
• Manage complex calendars, inboxes and taking minutes/action notes and be able to produce work at pace to a high standard.
• Deal confidentially, sensitively and diplomatically with matters of a political nature and be able to communicate effectively at a senior level.
• You will be capable of resolving problems and providing practical solutions, whilst being flexible working as part of a team.
