EUC Mobile Phone Support Engineer Full Time Temporary

EUC Mobile Phone Support Engineer needed in Enfield, £16ph PAYE – Reference: RQ1173179

Fully office based, the role is not remote working.

• As an EUC Mobile Phone Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users experiencing issues with their mobile devices.
• Your duties will include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, configuring, and setting up mobile devices for new starters, and providing training and guidance to users.
• The EUC Mobile Phone Support Engineer will be working within time frames outlined within the Digital Services Service Level Agreement.
• This would involve prioritising and managing support requests to ensure that they are resolved within the specified time frame and to the satisfaction of the end-user.

Mobile phone platform migration –

• Your responsibilities will also include supporting the migration of mobile phone platforms from EE to Gamma.
• Your duties will include planning number porting, organising collection and deployment of new SIM cards, whilst also supporting the configuration of mobile devices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users experiencing issues with their mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within SLA and in a timely and efficient manner.
• Configure and set up mobile devices for new & existing users, using a Mobile Device Management tool.
• Provide training and guidance to users on the use of their mobile devices.
• Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions.
• Planning, porting, collection and deployment of new SIM cards.
• Process document maintenance

This is a full time role on a temporary basis.
