Estate Officer Full Time Temporary

Estate Officer needed in Manchester Paying £13.31 per hr Ref 0009 8314 /1

Full time hrs on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of estate buildings and grounds.

2. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with estate standards.

3. Oversee animal-related activities and ensure proper care and management.

4. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for maintenance and improvement projects.

5. Prepare and manage budgets for estate projects.

6. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

7. Provide expert advice on estate management and animal care.

8. Act as the key point of contact for estate-related inquiries and issues.
