Electrical Surveyor needed in Rochdale
The rate is £19.81ph PAYE

The successful candidate will carry out visual inspections and prescribed electrical tests on electrical installations. Report on the general standard of the installation and identify any dangerous parts of the installation requiring immediate attention.
To manage, motivate and direct contractors under his/her direct control. The post holder will be responsible for electrical related projects/surveys/inspections or services undertaken by the Property & Highways Service. To be responsible for the high quality delivery of all related services in a way which meets the requirements of relevant health and safety legislation and the obligations placed. To manage effective customer relationships that will retain and develop the business. To contribute towards Property & Highways Service’s corporate and social responsibilities including policy, procedures and governance arrangements.
