Electrical Engineer

Electrical Engineer needed in Cardiff, £22ph PAYE – Reference: RQ1501857

• To provide high-quality, professional building services and to ensure an effective, efficient and responsive interface between the Group and its customers, clients and stakeholders.
• To assist with the team duties as a team member, but with a particular expertise in the field of electrical, fire and security services, in the execution and delivery of the statutory and preventative maintenance programme, to ensure compliance is maintained in all areas.
• To assist and in the gathering, upkeep and population of asset management and database information, to assist the Corporate Team in managing the property assets and the preparation of Asset Management Plans and condition reports.
• Participate in the Net Zero Carbon initiative.
• To co-ordinate electrical, fire and security building services in relation to projects.
• Participate in the delivery of compliance of electrical, fire safety and security.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
