Disrepair Caseworker needed in Haringey, £24.53ph PAYE – Reference: RQ1354179
Hybrid, 1 day per week from home after the first 4 weeks.
You will ideally have background in either repairs or legal roles.
Maintaining accurate case records, monitoring deadlines and supporting the overall team in effective management of legal disrepair casework.
Completing 6.3 Landlord’s Responses to a high standard by cross referencing client and Claimant evidence with expert reports and calculating damages and agreeing the scope and timescale for repairs.
Identifying cases which require escalation either to the Legal Disrepair Manager, Senior Disrepair Manager and/or legal representation in readiness for trials.
Complete initial case requirements such as acknowledging claims and providing 6.2 disclosure to the opposing solicitors.
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
